A leading, luxury International Hotel Operator seeks a highly experienced HR Director to join the pre-opening team based at the Head Office in Nampula.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit in the region of 300 hotel staff for two 5* Villas & Hotels;
- Strong all round HR skill set;
- Willing & able to travel to the two Hotel Island properties;
- Oversee HR systems;
- Handle employee relations;
- Ensure compliance with regulations;
- Managing budgets;
- Assessing staffing requirements;
- Recruiting employees;
- Designing training programs;
- Developing compensation plans.
Requirements:
- You must be fluent in Portuguese e English;
- Work experience in Mozambique within an International Hotel Brand as a HR Director or similar is an advantage.
