Manager: Post-Paid Billing & Subs Admin


Role purpose: 
Manage delivery of the PostPaid Billing and Subscriber Administration team including people development, service reliability, data security and project yield.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Enable attainment of set  SLA’s and OLA’s within Billing and the rest of the organization;
•    Establish and enforce procedures, guidelines and controls to enable charging and billing services accuracy, reliability and data security;
•    Managing and guiding the Billing, Backend Provisioning and eKYC support teams day to day activities;
•    Monitor and analyse system performance and recommend necessary system or procedural changes enabling simple and efficient service lifecycles;
•    Set short to medium term goals for the portfolio, and provide technical guidance to management.    

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with people and helpful attitude;
•    Knowledge of GSM concepts;
•    Ability to thrive under pressure , results focus, thriving to meet Customer Expectations;
•    Self-disciplined;
•    Ability to constantly shift priorities.
Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Degree in Information and Communication Technologies or similar; 
•    At least 3 years Telco\IT experience. 
Key performance indicators:
•    Billing services KPI’s and resilience targets met;
•    Project yield targets met;
•    eKYC and provisioning integrity targets met.
